I am ordering this item because my posture is not straight from the spine. I usually lean a little forward and that causes back pain. So I wanted to fix that. It was uncomfortable at first because I was trying to change something that had been going on for a very long time. I started wearing it for an hour a day and my goal was to wear it a little longer each day.
