Does the job but very thin and flimsy. Will break a fifth of the cone insert. You need to cut off the broken pieces, drill a hole in them and attach them to the cone with zip ties. So that's a simple quick sign.

Overall quality seems ok. The design is not as good as I would like. (The connection point puts stress on the cone and can cause damage over time.) Also, I ordered no entry, they sent arrow signs. Although I can get them to work. There is no need to go through the return/reorder process. That's part of my experience, so I include it. The delivery was on time.

This brand was purchased for use with some cones purchased from another supplier. The shield is solid but not reflective and I'm disappointed with how it fits into the top of the cone. The problem is that the cut out portion doesn't allow you to easily and directly install the sign on top of the cone. That's what you'd expect, and perhaps the sign is a better fit for some cones. Another consideration is that the height of the shield when mounted on a cone is not as noticeable as one would like.
