While the product itself is excellent, the bottle it comes in has a manufacturing defect. My bottle broke TWICE. Although the first time I thought it might have been my fault (hitting or misplacement), the second bottle also broke just sitting on the shelf in my shower. Completely disappointed and not worth buying another $39.00 bottle just to use multiple times. I want to return the money.

Your skin may take a while to get used to a new cleanser when you use it, but in time it will be worth it! It smells great and really helps your face get squeaky clean and get rid of dry flakes (which is my big personal concern)! I use this every morning and evening. Super gentle and does the job! I love finding a cleanser that can handle my sensitive (super dry) skin!

I've used this cleanser before, it's gentle but cleans your skin. Great product for people with sensitive skin. I love this product and recommend it to anyone wanting a clean fresh look.

I don't know what's going on but this package requires a signature and it's giving me a huge headache. UPS won't even give me an e-signature.

Edit: My old review is listed below. I recently received an order and this is not the right product. My box was obviously taped open at the top. It never arrived with the packaging intact. The product smelled slightly different, still grapefruit but slightly different, and was incredibly soapy. As an intensive and harsh soapy carpet shampoo. I've been using this cleanser for many years, it's very gentle and removes make-up! I have tried others! This is the best for sensitive skin!
