My nieces love to play restaurant. I bought this menu stand and it was a hit with them. I used the internet to find the right sites for their "Restaurant" menu. I love that the sides can be easily swapped out to suit whatever restaurant they want on the menu at the moment. I also bought a real waiter's apron, receipt holder and order forms. It's a lot more fun than pre-made items for kids. This makes her look like a real waitress and cafe.

I bought one of these as a gift, I made a Chinese restaurant menu using Chinese recipes and it worked great. I checked out a few of them and found them to be the cheapest so decided to give them a try as I wasn't trying to hit the jackpot with a basic menu stand. It's perfect for the price. Much cheaper than others on Amazon and works great. I used 8.5 x 11 paper and there was still room to move things around, which is fine! I would probably use a larger paper size if you don't want the space…
