Possibly a personal backlash. I wanted to try this, I have an even more painful skin reaction with Niacinamide (B3). This B5 left my skin dry and irritated, but not as bad as niacinamide. So if you're comfortable using niacinamide, it's probably good for you too. If you have a bad reaction to niacinamide, stay away from it.

That's all you need to know. I got prescriptions from a dermatologist who did nothing. heal.Panthenol Cream started working in one day. Within a week my red rash was gone. I've already bought a second tube to have on hand if I ever need it. Highly recommended.

Very moisturizing. It is odorless and leaves a slight sheen before being absorbed. I use a very small amount after cleansing and toning at night, that's enough. The bottle is small, but it's a concentrated product! I'm surprised there aren't more reviews for this product, it's an amazing cream. I use Cosrx Birch Sap Moisturizer in the summer and switch to it in the winter.

This is a good product that helps to soothe skin and reduce irritation/redness, but despite the ingredient list this product does not cater to dry skin enough moisture. It seems that the vast majority of Korean skincare products have a very high water content. Many Korean skincare products marketed as "balm" or "cream" are actually not. They have a gel-like consistency. If you have dry skin I would recommend mixing this product with a facial oil or ointment to ensure proper hydration.

I like this cream. I use it for daily skin care. It can be used as a make-up base and also as a night cream. My skin stays hydrated and smooth. There are many similar products on the market that contain panthenol, but this cream contains a higher percentage (10%), making it one of the best among the rest.
