Okay, I always buy them from Targer, their brand --- BUT my target store is 15-20 minutes away and they aren't always there for some reason in stock. I found them on Amazon and bought them! I use them with coconut oil to moisturize and exfoliate every night. I love her. I will continue to buy this brand from now on while they are available.

I ordered these exfoliating cotton balls based on the reviews. First, inside the package, the peelable portion of many seals was either cut off or folded back, exposing the seal. The cotton itself has been separated from many of the pads. With many pads, the exfoliating side comes off immediately after use if it didn't already come off in the packaging. I can't use these pads. Very badly done.

Cotton also makes the BEST cotton pads. Cotton pads without a side that has an exfoliating texture are useless. These are the best scrub cotton circles. I've tried every brand that has the word "scrub" in its name and nothing compares. These are the best models in terms of functionality and price. For only $0.03 per spin, you absolutely can't do more. Get them if you're looking for smooth durability, superior functionality and impressive durability - you won't be disappointed.

I specifically wanted these circles to exfoliate and they are great for that. The only wish is that the scrub side would be more absorbent. The non-exfoliating side absorbs the toner more easily, which is great for my final wipe, but I wish the exfoliating side absorbed just as easily for this part of my routine. However, this is not enough compared to the peeling and value.
