Can't find mascara for sensitive eyes

I have very sensitive eyes - prone to irritation, itching, allergies, watery eyes (what a boon). It was recommended to me by a friend who said it was hypoallergenic (the label says so) so I loved it - went fine and stayed - until I got styes in both my eyes. Most likely the problem is mine, but alas, this is the end of our journey.

DEFECTIVE ITEM for Mascara

Once again I have ordered and received a very defective product with this product and it is non-refundable. The first order of this mascara was completely dry when I received it and this time it was too runny and smeared all over. Completely useless. The packages were both open when I received them. Shame on the seller and shame on me for re-ordering.

Smells awful - Makeup

Phew, the smell on that thing is almost overwhelming: like hot asphalt mixed with industrial thinner. And I work in a hospital, I'm used to unpleasant smells. I would send it back if it wasn't so painful. Otherwise, it looks like a decent mascara. Not the best I've ever had (L'Oreal's Volume comes to mind), but it doesn't smear and is relatively easy to remove. But SMELL.

Poor Performance Best in Makeup

After reading the reviews I decided to try this mascara. My experience with this product has been less than outstanding. The wand was sticky and uncomfortable to use. I tried wiping the stick to remove excess mascara but with minimal results. The tip of the brush will not allow you to apply the inner lashes without large clumps. Building after the first application resulted in sticky spikes. I was very disappointed with this product, mainly because I was able to buy it at Walmart for less money
