Using this product, our team found that it was difficult to apply evenly and often clumped together, resulting in an unappealing and messy look. The only redeeming quality was its affordability, but we would not recommend sacrificing quality for a lower price. As beauty enthusiasts, we expect more from our makeup products and unfortunately, this one fell short in delivering.

The packaging was fine, the eyeliner is really irritating to the eyes for some reason but it can only be my own sensitivity to something in it. There are no problems with mascara, the brush is stiff, it combs the clumps well.

I bought several packs of this product because of the good price. Well, lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I just called Covergirl and they have confirmed (according to the code printed on the box) that they are past their best before date and should not be sold. The eyeliner is dry and does not advance the product when flipped.
