The eyeliner itself is a little crumbly and it's difficult to get the twist to work as it's stuck to the walls of the tube. I think the product is outdated or melted and resolidified.

I really wanted this product to work and to like it. I know eyeliner can be tricky, but this one is awful. It breaks when you try to use it in the waterline and sticks to my lower lashes more than my waterline. Almost no pigment in the white, and what's left won't last long enough to get out the door. Overall a disappointment :(

As wonderful as other CG eyeliner colors I didn't expect less from this one. Unfortunately, the chalky tip often broke off and when I could draw a line, it looked sticky. I will not buy again!

I hate the plastic thing on the tip. I lifted the liner over the plastic and tried to use it, it fell apart. Again and again. I've never had a single line in my eyes. Received today and already in the trash.

Honestly, this is the worst eyeliner I've ever used in my entire life. Looking at the product, it seems quite simple. I didn't believe the reviews either. The eyeliner doesn't go on the area you want, but the worst thing is that it just peels off your lashes. I am very disappointed that I spent money on two colors of this brand because I cannot use them at all. save your money But a better brand.
