I ordered two of these, for a 9 year old and a 4 year old. They are beautiful and well made. I noticed that after wearing it several times and washing it once, the small elastic threads on the sleeves and neckline began to tear. But my biggest complaint is that they are completely backless. Small children freeze and bra-wearing teenagers are difficult to undress. I ended up sewing in a white shirt to hide the transparent part.

The dress is so pretty! My daughter wore it to her school Christmas pageant (dress code was black and white) and all the other kids in her kindergarten class admired her as she walked to her seat. A boy in the class told her that she looked like a "real princess". She was delighted! Part of this could be because the dress was actually longer than we expected and she had to hold it up a bit as she walked to avoid stepping on it and tripping over it. She is a very tall and slim five year old girl
