Broke after 30 minutes of use. Bought for my 8 year old he was so excited to get this. We each installed and removed a small amount of clay, kneaded it until soft, and then started spinning it on the wheel. After 30 minutes the wheel started spinning, then stopped, finally just stopped altogether. I finally opened it up to see why it stopped moving but continued to make a normal but loud noise. Got this for my 5 year old for Christmas as he wanted it. You need to buy 4 C batteries to make it work - I missed that so we got the batteries today and got it working. It's very messy - as you would expect! You will need a container of water as the water really helps with the clay on the wheel making it easier for you to shape it.
