I read reviews saying it was damaged but took a chance because I really liked it and needed it for a party. Yes it arrived damaged but not so bad that it couldn't be used. Most reviews said the sides were cracked, mine had the lid cracked. A small cartridge is missing. I love it and you can't tell it's broken so I keep it. The next one could break even worse. Just for your information. Order early in case you need to exchange it.

I have bought 3 or 4 of these sets in the last 90 days. Some arrived broken in the box and out of 6 or 8 drink containers 90% broke within a week. Strangely everything is in the same place.
