I love this necklace but the lettering is not as bold as in the picture. I can hardly understand what it says. I'll send it back, exchange it and hope that the new "brother" can now be seen. Nice chain and great price.

I bought this product to store a small amount of my sister's ashes. I am very pleased with the strength and appearance of this locket.

It was a gift for my mother when her 17 year old dog recently passed away. Everyone loved him. Now she can continue to take it with her wherever she goes.

This is a lovely decoration, thicker than the first one I bought but as you can see in the picture we ordered two and the sister's engraving is much smaller and harder to read than the engraving of the brother. Neither is easy to read in direct light. This is my main complaint. They are beautiful and shiny, packaged in a beautiful jewelry box and come with tools to place the tiny remains.

I ordered this to bury my mother's ashes. I read the description but have no idea what it would be like. I was shocked. It's not too heavy, but very well made and definitely beautiful. I compared prices for similar items from a funeral home and got a lot. They want $50 for something that wasn't done well. I highly recommend this for the ashes of a loved one or even a pet. I wear it every day.

Completely different from the picture, it is glossy and looks stylish with the hinges open. However, it's actually boring and has small tight loops with illegible writing because it's so small. The necklace actually looked like a dirty dark gray old necklace. I want a product review to show someone wears it too. Now I understand why. I gave two stars because the seller was good and I received the goods quickly.

The necklace is beautiful but the words on it are a sticker. NOT engraved disappointment. I read the reviews but none of what I read was. Only I saw 1 review that said the words disappeared after a year. I should have known, but my granddaughter wanted it. I will search further. I was very pleased when I opened the package. The necklace features a stainless steel heart with a flawless print on the front. I was surprised at how heavy it seemed, which is a good thing! I was able to fill it using the funnel that came with the kit. There was a long needle in the kit whose purpose wasn't very clear until something was needed to clean it.
