I woke up and found ashes in my bed. Do I have to say more? There must have been a crack in the glass that fell apart when a strip of glue applied to the top of the metal didn't hold. Cracked Glass. Bad glue application. A truly awful and horrible experience.

I was very skeptical of many of these necklace urns sold at Revain because they seemed like they each had a scary story or two of them opening or going randomly broken. I had it hanging on my rearview mirror for about 3 weeks and everything was fine. But the fact that it's made of glass confuses me a little. It looks like fragile glass. The best part is that the screw has a lot of threads at the top. I think I'll stick with it, but so far so good. Generally very pleasant. But don't buy this one

I ordered a total of 22 of these pieces for various family members following my grandmother's funeral. Almost all of them (except mine) fell apart to some degree. Basically, the glass part will be separated from the golden spiral or chain break, or the whole upper part will fall off. They all could save him with super glue but didn't have to. I need some replacement chains and I don't know how to contact the seller so I hope they see this.

I did it a little differently with this one. I ordered a do-it-yourself breast milk preservation kit from etsy and wanted something to put it on. This was my choice and it worked perfectly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hole on the clasp to close it is a bit small, it was difficult to put on and it was delivered later than expected. I wish it was a little smaller, but it's not too big either.
