Wow. I've had a beard for 5 years. I used to use beard oil but sometimes I got pimples under my beard so I stopped using it. advantages: This cremo beard oil has a pleasant, leathery bourbon scent that is not overpowering. It is gentle on sensitive facial skin and leaves no oily residue on face or hands. First of all, I really like the Cremo products I've tried. Let's just say this scent is not very pleasing to the nose. Have you ever walked down the aisle at Walmart where they have all the scented candles? That's how the thing smells to me, all the scented candles at once. My choice was vanilla bourbon but I heard they discounted that flavor. Maybe it's time to switch brands 😢

Distillers Blend Body Wash smells amazing! This is NOT the same scent. It has some basic smell similarities but they added rosemary or eucalyptus to this oil blend and it smells like a holiday shop or like I went to Pier 1 Imports... NOTHING like shower gel smell... brings it back... now the softness is great! And moisturizer, but I don't like the smell at my local Christmas store. uh... i think they need to repeat it

This is by far the best beard oil I have. And I use the same scent for my shampoo and deodorant (although I also use Dr. Squatch's Pine Tar deodorant, which smells nice but doesn't smell as nice, but is more effective). Cremo does great things. I use this and I use badass beard oil. I guess you have to figure out what works best for your individual beard, but I can tell you that each of these options are great quality and will work for any beard. And as I said, this is the best scent for me.
