Looks nice and bright

Candelabra style lights that equal 75 watts (incandescent) are hard to find. These bulbs hit the spot and are a beautiful color at around 3000 Kelvin. They are larger than most candelabra style bulbs and easily fit into our fixture. I would buy them again. It's too early to tell how long-lasting they will be.

Not much brighter than the 60 watt bulbs it replaced. Maybe not lighter.

Bought these to give them extra light over the 60 watt incandescent bulbs they replaced. To be honest, the increase in brightness when using three lamps in one luminaire is negligible at best. Service life and other important information have to wait for a longer period of use. The bulbs are longer and thicker than traditional chandelier bulbs. So measure carefully before buying. Expensive, but if they last a few years they *may* pay for themselves with the extra cost.

Brighter and dimmer further than Philips

Edit: The first day after turning the light off for more than a minute or so, as soon as the switch is turned on the light just flashes and goes off. I have to turn the switch off and on again to keep the light on. This is unacceptable, confusing and frustrating. Significantly brighter than Philips 7W/500 lumen bulbs. In the first photo, one of the Philips bulbs is still installed. They fully dim to a dim glow with no buzz. I use one of the suggested dimmers. My old Philips lightbulbs didn'tโ€ฆ
