The best part of cross country is that it's flexible enough to fit any schedule, whether it be full time or temporary work. It can also provide different types of positions depending on your needs. I have not had any issues with them in my experience so far! They are very helpful and easy to communicate with. I like that they have such flexible hours, especially during those crazy times of getting work done around home! They also offer great benefits for their employees which makes everyone feel appreciated as well. No complaints at all really! The only thing is since it's so expensive to live in Seattle/Bellevue area we may not get enough people working out of our office sometimes (since most are commuting from Issaquah or Redmond) but nothing too big an issue yet.
