My analysis of this integration interface showed that it is an excellent product for anyone looking to upgrade their car electronics. It made connecting my devices a breeze and improved my overall driving experience. The installation process was very straightforward and the quality of sound was impressive. The instructions made me nervous. You can be better. However, I called Crux and they responded immediately and with great patience were able to answer all of my questions about the installation and restored my confidence by doing the job themselves. In other words, they had great customer service. It also works well, despite the amateurish installer.

I received a PAC BCI-CH41 unit and just wanted to use it as a backup camera on a 2015 Dodge RAM 1500. Spent countless hours and couldn't get it to work as expected (i.e. the camera always stayed on whether I was backwards or not. The "rear camera" objective was defeated). Switched to the CRUX UC-1 device and after 30 minutes the camera was working as expected. I wish I had started with CRUX which was cheaper, plug n play setup and worked first try.
