Poor packaging but great product

Like many others. The product arrived leaking, the outer label was sticky and sticky like it had melted, I could barely touch it and had to wrap it in cloth to deal with the mess. What I got out of the bottle was great. I use it on my face and it helps my dry skin. If they could come up with a different cottle and packaging I might consider buying again but this mess was just too much.

The smell is much stronger than expected

The product comes with a small amount of liquid leaking out of several layers of plastic (who would have thought that was possible!) so that just goes to show how awful the sealing mechanism is. Also, the scent is actually very strong and overwhelming, as well as a bit artificial. I probably wouldn't recommend it, nor would I buy it again. I'm sure it will do the trick as a refreshing face mist, but the sticky finish and strong scent aren't what I was looking for.

Makes my skin so soft!

I have sensitive dry mature skin, I apply this product to my face at night and wake up with soft, makeup-ready skin 😊 Smells nice too (although not as good as other rosewater formulas and glycerin that I have tried).
