🔴 Cannon Sports Red Uncoated Foam Ball - 8.5" Length/Height/Width Review

My physiotherapist gave me exercises to do at home. One of these exercises involved using a ball. However, I didn't want air to leak out and I tried to hold it full and tight. This ball is the right size and hardness to get the most out of my exercises. It's perfect for those home exercises.

I don't use it as a ball for now, but as a microphone isolator. But I don't think it's great as a ball. Why not? First, it turned a little yellow in the first few weeks in my VO studio. My guess is that UV sunlight makes the yellowing worse. And secondly, small blue flakes of foam constantly detach from it. And I'm not talking about the areas that I had to cut out.
