This is a really great product, I have had this brand and style of coffee maker for at least 15 years. Machines serve me for about 6 years.

I love the reservoir. You don't have to worry about spills. The backlight under the neck makes it easy to see the coffee level rising in the cup. Perfect for our needs.

This is a great coffee maker. The coffee comes out very hot (too hot for me!) and the light in the dispenser area is a great touch. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cord is too short! - don't even plug into the outlet, stands nearby - you'll need an extension cord.

The coffee is delicious, love the way it works, love the lack of a carafe or coffee pot. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes the water tank isn't right and it doesn't show or beep, it looks ok and there's no coffee at 6am. Very moody in that regard. I look to see if it's crooked or not, I don't see it, but I take it off and put it back on and it works fine.

I like this coffee maker. I have an older version that I received as a housewarming gift for my first home over 20 years ago that eventually died inside me. The taste of coffee is always good, especially since I love freshly ground coffee. I haven't had to clean it yet, although I don't see that as a problem. I haven't read the manual yet to figure out how to set the clock 😁. No problem with coffee splashes.

I'm not a fan of single cup coffee makers. I bought this car about 5 or 6 years ago and it has held up great. Unfortunately, it was during this time that he made his last pot. So I bought another one exactly the same. I like the idea that I put a cup under the dispenser, press the button and have coffee. My husband and I drink about 2 cups of coffee for breakfast and he's always there when we want another cup.
