If I could say it without stars I would. The rubber in the upper material came off after the first hand wash. And if you tip a little in the cup without an elastic, it will flow and won't stop until you remove the top and wipe the entire rim. Very annoying. I certainly wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Save your money here, spend a little more elsewhere for better quality.

We received one of these as a gift and decided to buy another set. Apparently they replaced the oil seal with a cheap piece of rubber that won't stay in place. Every time you try to put the lid on, it just falls out and just prevents the lid from screwing down. If you manage to level it, the liquid will still flow from the top. I would go back but it's too late.

Terrible. Although these mugs had mixed reviews I thought I'd give them a try. I wish I hadn't! Although they are double walled and shouldn't form any condensation, they popped up the first time I put iced coffee in them. lid suck. The rubber piece around the top of the lid doesn't fit properly and comes off immediately. If it was easy for me to return them, I would have already done so. Very disappointed, don't waste your money!

I really like this product and I am happy with the result but they sent me two glasses with two straws. As you can see from the picture I opened both straws and one appears to have been used.
