Description of Curious Baby: Award-Winning and Developmentally-Focused ๐Ÿ‘ถ 40+ Activities for Baby & Me (0-12 Months)

THE PLAYBOOK FOR FIRST TIME PARENTS: After you bring your baby home from the hospital, there's no instruction manual that comes with (surprise!). We'll help you figure out what to do all day long and how to spend quality time together as your baby grows. Starting from birth and all the way until your baby's first birthday. MADE FOR QUARANTINE: Stuck at home? No problem. We've designed these activities to utilize the materials you already have around your house (ie. mirror, pots and pans, a pillow, etc). Skip the trip to the craft store and buying expensive toys to have fun. DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES CREATED BY PEDIATRICIANS: Each of our activities has been backed with research and reviewed by our medical advisory team to promote one of the five key development areas for babies. The five areas include: fine motor and sensory development, gross motor/physical development, cognitive development, speech & language development, and emotional and social development. A WHOLE YEAR OF PLAY: The activities are organized and color-coded based on the age of your baby. Starting from weeks 0-12 and moving up every three months, you'll be able to use these cards throughout the entire first year of your little one's life. The activities we suggest are appropriate to the stage of development that your baby is going through based on their age in months. MILESTONES INCLUDED: For each 3 month stage, we'll give you an overview of what you can expect for your baby's development. When should your baby start to sit up? What about smiling? It's all in the milestone cards to help prepare you for what's coming soon. Our activity cards are printed on high-quality extra-thick card stock with a protective coating that feels great.

The lessons are too easy and unoriginal

I thought these lessons were better than they are. You can find all activities with a simple google search. They were neither creative nor original. Save money and just use Google.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • No instructions

Great for New Moms

As a new mom and because of this pandemic, it's difficult to entertain a child. Especially not being able to rely on family. But thanks to these cards, it has become much easier. Now these cards are a lot bigger than I expected, but that's a problem for me. They're much easier to spot in the clutter.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Crumpled

Great educational activity for everyone

Our baby is 2 months old and loves the different activities described on these cards. The material of the card is very hard-wearing and also serves our little one as an afternoon snack. These activities allow us to spend time with our little one and help her meet and exceed her milestones.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Save your money, you can get the same promotions from the blog

Save your money, you can get the same promotions from the blog. This book is really disappointing. I thought it would have some creative stuff, but it gives the same suggestions as a free app or pretty much any child development website. It directs you to use other things in your house, and very few cards contain props themselves. It's definitely not worth $40.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • poor

Great events for everyone!

A very cool book with lots of tasks and milestones. Gives you an idea of what to expect and how your children will develop. A must read for new parents who want to get a picture of how a child is developing and staying on a healthy path. I would give it 5 stars but the only thing that confused me a little is that throughout the book he called your child a woman which is fine if your child is really a girl but if you have a boy , you must switch to words . I had to stay neutral.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Reliability
