Perfect fit: Accessory

I'm a professional event photographer which means I need to move fast and travel light. This S mount gives me the performance I need without the weight and size. When I'm done, I just stick it in my back pocket and you're done. It is durable and well made. I recommend this if your needs are similar to mine.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Doubtful

According to the manual, the mounting screw is for the stop.

The instructions state that the mounting screw to attach the bracket to the camera is included but was not in the box. 1/4 x 20 screw, but again, wasn't it found in the box? Aside from not being able to test mount the mount on my camera, I would say this mount is very well made. Despite and most likely not the fault of the manufacturer I would give the seller 2 stars and the manufacturer 5 stars.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Looking forward to using this mount. However, my excitement soon turned to disappointment: the screw that attached the mount to the camera was too long and did not allow me to tighten the mount to stabilize it. Too bad, but I'm sending it back. Aside from the screw issue, the mount seemed solid and would have been a great addition to my camera gear. For $70, a device with a cheap propeller should fail!

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Use Zebra eTTL Flash Cable, Canon G12 and Canon 430EX II Flash. Attaching the flash to the camera not only makes the G12 cumbersome (the 430 EX II is heavier than the G12), it also puts it too close to the camera. An external flash is placed close to the camera, it's like shooting outdoors when the sun is on the photographer's back. The flash arm wobbles a bit even when locked, so it's not perfect. And the eTTL cable must have the same tripod screw as the camera; There is no cold shoe socket on

Pros
  • Great Design
Cons
  • Zero

Almost perfect flash arm

This is my second CB Junior folding arm. The reason I bought it is that it works with the camera either horizontally or vertically. It's very simple, compact and stylish. Unlike other more complex mounts, you won't look like the man from Mars on the ground. I like the rounded corners that make it easier for hands to work and it's made in the USA. I wish it was a little stronger, but that's just a minor complaint. Some people have complained that you don't have enough room for your hands to hold

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Not bad
