The leather is soft, the elastic is not too tight. Elastic "laces" help them fit better. The insole is the same soft leather. They are perfect for our needs.

These $7 slippers were a great deal. The size chart provided is for my daughter's foot size. The leather is durable and has withstood 2 weeks of indoor play well. The inner lining is glued in and I can see how it comes out over time, but I think it will be an easy fix and won't affect the overall quality. good buy
