I personally needed the strap to be thicker/wider as it is very narrow and thin. It is initially very sticky, which makes it difficult to apply to the eyelid. especially if you're trying to achieve a symmetrical look (make both eyes the same), but it's good for sticking around for the first few hours. Bought for my mother who has eye paralysis due to eyebrow nerve injury and now her eyelid droops slightly. Difficult to remove the strips of double sided tape from the plastic onto the applicator.
