This is great because you can't find cotton swabs with sticky heads. The sticky heads don't need to be rubbed or scraped off, they just stick to the earwax and are easier to remove. BUT the heads on it are the size of standard Qtips and are too big. You put them in your ear and they get stuck and you can't go further to pull your hair out after cutting.
