    Quality made in the USA

It's hard to find US made products at a reasonable price. The straps were as described, perfect for my needs and have a bit of style.

    Pros
    • Strong and Durable: The Thomas Bates Dakota Web Belt is made of high quality materials that are built to last. That means you don't have to worry about replacing it anytime soon, making it a great investment.
    Cons
    • The belt may not be adjustable enough to accommodate different waist sizes.

    Good solid belt.: my review

I love this belt. Blue sample. Just switched to black. Used nylon straps from Bean to Bauer and Bison for almost 30 years; Now raven. I like the length, width and weight. I recently got some tactical belts here on amzn. I like them but wanted something less bulky for summer and shorts.

    Pros
    • Affordable: Although made from high-quality materials and packed with versatile features, the Thomas Bates Dakota Web Belt comes at an affordable price. This makes it an attractive option for buyers looking for a budget-friendly belt without sacrificing quality.
    Cons
    • The price of the belt may be too high compared to other similar products.

    Loose belt..!!! in my rating

Bought this belt for my husband. Unfortunately, he won't actually wear it because it weakens with wear. He explained that it slipped through the belt buckle.

    Pros
    • I bought these to wear with my cross country mountain bike shorts and they fit perfectly.
    Cons
    • The belt is misleading....1 1/8"....the buckle is scratched.

Cheap look - my new test report

Extremely disappointed. Looks very cheap. Looks like a gift when you buy a pair of shorts and they come with a belt. Don't waste money.

    Pros
    • Excellent belt
    Cons
    • It was difficult to cook. The belt is difficult to thread into the buckle, the buckle is so small that it is difficult to tighten. Maybe I would be less fat...

    Almost too small for me

It's great quality, but this belt is not 48 inches long, it's about 45.5 inches, which is barely enough for my 40-42 inch waist. I should do more research before I buy another one of these. If your waist is between 38 and 40 inches, this belt should fit you perfectly.

    Pros
    • Decent value for money
    Cons
    • cheap fake for $10

The first fabric belt in my review.

Arrived on time but looks thin and flimsy in person. The photo looked more powerful and solid. I blame myself for not paying more attention to the dimensions when ordering. This is my first fabric belt so it might take a little getting used to.

    Pros
    • Very nice belt with a small light buckle.
    Cons
    • The metal buckle is easily scratched and damaged.

The strap on the belt comes off very easily and I have to constantly adjust the strap on my ear to keep it from hurting so much. Dakota Web Belt Made in USA by Thomas Bates (Graphite) ful

    Pros
    • The graphite color of this belt is a neutral option that can be paired with a variety of outfits. This makes it a versatile choice to wear to work, to a party, or to your outdoor activities.
    Cons
    • The material of the belt can easily wear out or break with frequent use.

    Great belt for winter pants

It was the perfect strap for my 11 year old son's snowboard pants. The belt was large for him because it's for an adult, but we were able to easily cut the belt and use a lighter to seal the cut edge.

    Pros
    • it's a buckle
    Cons
    • The graphite color can easily conflict with other clothing items.

    Web belt with trendy flare

Web belt with a refined style. The belt is well made and as it is finished on the edges and the buckle has a specific shape/appearance it gives a more fashionable look to this fabric belt. Great value for money.

    Pros
    • Fits many
    Cons
    • Periodicity

    First cloth belt with belts

Arrived on time but looks kinda flimsy and skimpy in person. The photo looked more powerful and solid. I blame myself for not paying more attention to the dimensions when ordering. This is my first fabric belt so it might take a little getting used to.

    Pros
    • Keeping my fists
    Cons
    • No uniform required

    Belt Nice Web: Accessory

The belt itself is durable, nice dark brown colour. The belt is easy to trim, the buckle closes tightly and stays in place. The only problem for me is that the buckle pinches the skin at the waist: I can't say for sure if it's because of the size of the buckle or because the buckle is metal instead of plastic/nylon.

    Pros
    • Free for educational purposes
    Cons
    • Concerned

    Affordable price and light weight

My second. The first worked like a charm. Either the buckle is not milled correctly or the strap is too wide. Difficult to slip through the straps and a little short in length. Still, it's a good lightweight harness for camping or hiking.

    Pros
    • Large selection
    Cons
    • Doubt

You get what you pay for

Belt is not strong enough to pass for a belt that a self respecting gentleman would wear to support his pants. I haven't put it on yet because I'm not ready to wear it in public.

    Pros
    • Weight
    Cons
    • Not sure

    Not a Bison replacement

I was hoping this belt would make a pretty good replacement for the more expensive Bison Millenium. I saved a few dollars but got a much lower quality product. The buckle is not very well finished and the edges of the nylon belt are not finished. The hard edges on the belt and buckle were a big disappointment to me. Is that so; You get what you pay for and while that's fine, it's not great.

    Pros
    • Great overall specs

    • Appearance

It would be a decent belt if they put more effort into the buckle

I've been wearing bison belts for years and this might be a good alternative. buckle problem. 1) The buckle appears to be stamped aluminum alloy and has sharp edges that could wear down the nylon. To avoid this problem, the bison buckles are ground and contoured. 2) The buckle is about 1/8 inch smaller than the width of the nylon webbing. This will also wear out the belt. Thomas Bates should try a little harder.

    Pros
    • Like all before
    Cons
    • Definitely a bad product
