I hate these chairs. They look wobbly. It also looks like it will sit crooked. You are tipsy when the client leans forward. The footrest drags on the floor so you have to inflate the chair to turn around. The lowest position is too high for me (note I'm short, 5'2"). Customers complain that they are uncomfortable and customers constantly roll over in these chairs.

I received my chair the other day and I am very satisfied! I had some problems building it, but this company helped me tremendously! From answering emails and text messages, they helped me and showed me what I needed to do. My biggest problem was not being able to get the hydraulics to work. By sending pictures of what I was doing, they were able to show me I installed it the wrong way round. So everything fixed and started! I ordered this chair about two months ago. It looks great assembled, but there were no good assembly instructions. It's also poorly made. This chair only rotates when inflated which was literally a roller coaster ride not only for my clients but for myself. The footrest is very flimsy and the stoppers on the underside of the footrest keep coming loose. If that's not enough, the stool rocks too, and I've only had it for 2 months. I don't know anyone, but it's hard enough to start a business…
