White shoes required for first year of using the Acro Dance. Found these but wasn't sure about the size. I made a wild leap and bought a size up. They were a bit big, but with tights it wasn't a bad thing and definitely not enough to get in the way of her dancing. On the floor (maybe it's the studio floor) they don't stand out, which is nice.

Perfect fit. My daughter is 7 and wears a size 13 tennis shoes and I ordered a size 13 for her and they fit great. They are soft and hold up well. We bought them for gymnastics and trampoline. The bottoms of her legs are sore and almost like carpet burns from exercise, so we're hoping that helps. My child has a normal foot width, but if your child has a wide foot, they may be too tight.

I bought these for my 3 year old son to wear in acrobatics and ballet classes. Similar products had reviews stating that shoes of this type run small so should be bought a few sizes larger than usual. I would normally buy my son a 9 or 10. I would like to buy 11 for her. However, he was so smitten with them that he didn't want to wait for me to change them and the ankle strap holds them on him well so he'll be wearing them for years I suspect. :)
