We are using this tool for our storage solution which has been very successful so far! The documentation could be improved but it's not bad at all either compared with other products out there today. I would say their support team can improve some parts of its communication regarding issues you might have during your implementation process as they tend sometimes get stuck or lost within information flow from one department/personality towards another. It has been great so far! The product seems very well thought out; we are able to deploy it quickly with minimal need for technical expertise which reduces our overhead costs quite significantly. I have had few issues (mostly around some of their documentation). But they do respond pretty fast when you reach them via support chat/ticketing system. The ability for us to have an easy way of adding additional servers when needed without having to worry about capacity planning or sizing our resources correctly. We could also easily add more cloud storage if we need it at any time with very little effort required. It was not as intuitive as other providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) where you can just click 'Create' button and get started quickly. You do lose some flexibility by using this platform but I think its worth considering…
