Another great novel from the Warpmancer series!

This is a space opera in all its glory! There's a lot of action and suspense in this part, but not in space. It definitely leads to an exciting ending. Don't miss it, you will have a hole in your world. Keep it up Nicholas X

Great story, best in Sci-Fi/Fantasy

This is a great story that ties in with Outcast of Empire. It explores interracial interactions, philosophy, xenophobia, xenophilia, friendship, family relationships, bonds between characters from previous books in the series, and fully immersed virtual reality (VR) role-playing (RP). I received this book as an ARC and decided to read it again.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • There are doubts

MY GOD. It definitely didn't get me to the expected ending of the story

OMG. It definitely didn't lead me to the expected ending of the story. Ryo's trials and tribulations were heartbreaking, and the interaction of family and friends was just right. The story picks up where the last Ryo story left off: she is on Mars, away from her home planet, away from any threat of capture or death caused by the actions of Kei, Ryo and the crew; or the danger is simply perceived as averted.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Something different

Epic addition. for Kindle eBooks

A great addition to the Warpmancer universe. This is a continuation of the story started previously, in which we see what Re'layn is doing to try to integrate into Martian society. Mars is her home now, but all is not well in society. Trouble is brewing at home and abroad, and she might be one of the few with a chance to stop it before things get out of hand. I personally think this book is the best so far. In most cases there is less action, but it makes up for it with the character…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • volume

Enjoy the Ride

Nicholas Wood-Smith's Warpmancer series is a wonderful adrenaline-pumping ride, and Daughter of Mars: Warpmancer Book Eight definitely continues the hype. Re'lyen's story is amazing: she talks about everything that Mars, the capital of humanity, throws at her while at the same time struggling with her painful past. I love this character, the plot of this novel, the great script and the cast. So come on, it's time to enter the 36th century. You will enjoy the journey. But for literally dictating

Pros
  • Brilliantly done
Cons
  • Disappearance
