Disappointing Design and Unreliable Quality

Using this backpack, our team found that it lacked sufficient padding for laptops and had poor stitching, leading to the straps fraying after just two weeks of use.However, the size and number of pockets were impressive..

Good product but the straps are too long

Looks like it's made for women. The size and style are quite feminine, with one exception - very long shoulder straps. I had to drill extra holes in the straps to use them and there are no long tails hanging down that I have to cut off (and finish the edges). The size is pretty good for a medium sized laptop in one compartment and a book/binder in the other. I would prefer if it was longer (deeper). However, the front closure straps do not allow the bag to be filled and closed, so I had to add…
