if i could give negative stars i would! The finish of this product is terrible. Drops of glue in the seams, which were already completely sealed. The grips had huge tears in the folds where they didn't seal properly. Scratches, dents and not completely soiled on all three shelves. Revain please stop selling this product as it does not match the quality of the products I am used to seeing on your site!

I kept it because it was too difficult to return, but it's smaller than I thought, the 'wood' is plastic and it's a bit thin. Also, I find it overpriced for what you get; It would be nice if it cost $40. It arrived fully assembled and in good condition. The shipping box turned into an awesome rocket for my granddaughter! However, he does the job of moving plates etc from the dining room to the kitchen until I find something I like better.

Poor quality but great style. Mine arrived with a broken roller and a dented side stand. The top tray had a nail that went through the wood into the tray area. I think the quality control of this product is poor but it is maintained as it is still a good design and an attractive part. We immediately returned this product as we were very disappointed with its quality. The painting was very poorly done, the frame looked thin and was covered with paint. We wanted to love this item so much as it appears to be just one of several more attractive serving trolleys. It's grossly overpriced, at around $70 we may have kept it as we're still in dire need of a nice and useful serving trolley. But if you want it to stand out and match your furniture, dinnerware, etc., stay away from it…
