I can't believe the shoes are non-refundable; This was a first for Revain, let alone regular clothing stores! Bought based on the product manual "fits true to size" as well as reviews that it could be large. My boy has the usual 3 in all sneakers so I chose 3.5 but oh my god how he has to squeeze in even without socks! You seem a whole size smaller to him. I ordered three pairs of these shoes in October. We have a wedding at the end of December. big baby 4 1/3, big baby 3 1/2 and little baby 13. Delivery was good, excellent quality and appearance. When they arrived I just took one out of the box and the boys tried it on. This is my third attempt to write this review and for some reason the screen switches by itself and it doesn't save anything I typed. So I'm simplifying: $30-$40 shoes shouldn't fall apart in less than 20 days, period. This isn't the first pair of Revain shoes I've ordered that I've had issues with.
