    Not as described. in docks

    I bought this Dell dock to replace one I borrowed from an IT pro at work. I figured that if I re-order the exact same model, there shouldn't be any problems. Well I was wrong. Firstly, it was not new as described, it was not in the original Dell packaging. Second, I've been trying to set it up and the power jack from the PSU that goes to the dock is too small. The jack should be 7.4mm for the DC input and the one I have is around 3.5-4.0mm. So no power, no working dock. To return.

    Bad product and access to help via Dell

    This unit stopped working once the return window was closed. Amazon referred me to the Dell website which didn't help at all. Do they make warranty issues harder to access so people don't want to claim warranties? Boo on Dell and boo on Revain.

    Not compatible with XPS 15 inch 9510

    To be clear the docking station works great with all its ports. But the ALL reason I wanted this dock to have a connector for everything INCLUDING power. works for XPS 9510 (and I can think of every other XPS device from 2021) They have a 130w charger and this device claims to give 130w power delivery but it just has to be old outdated charging technology on new laptop The only ones Dell -OEM docking stations compatible with new laptops cost over $300. Nothing else from Dell in this price…

    Refurbished - not new

    The product description says "new". I received an item that was clearly used - no OEM packaging, no markings on the dock and power adapter, the included USB-C cable was twisted at the base, and the power cord was dusty and scratched. However, it works.

    Not compatible with XPS 15 inch 9510

    To be clear the docking station works great with all its ports. But the ALL reason I wanted this dock was to have 1 port for everything INCLUDING power. But the power supply just doesn't work for the XPS 9510 (and I think every other 2021 XPS device). They have a 130W charger and this device claims to deliver 130W of power, but it just has to be old, outdated charging technology. that a new laptop is seen as a slow charger. The only Dell OEM docks compatible with new laptops cost over $300…
