Brutal, but if you need it then this is for you.

This is no joke. If you need a "chainsaw" for your calloused feet like mine, then you NEED this one. But seriously, be careful, the first few uses will get you used to it. I used to buy them in stores but I can't find them anymore. Since this one comes with 10 extra blades, I imagine it will end up being the same amount of money.

Pros
  • Beauty and Personal Care
Cons
  • unreliable

Hazardous Beauty and Personal Care

Very large gap between blade and guard. Very dangerous if used by a beginner. I've cut myself 3 times, although I've used corn planers for years, a wet planer is much safer and probably more efficient.

Pros
  • Cartridges and Refills
Cons
  • No Insurance

Razors and blades with a wide gap

This blade has a wider gap, so you have to be very careful. However, if you have thick calluses you can shave them off quickly and it's pretty darn nice.

Pros
  • Shaving and hair removal
Cons
  • I'm nervous

Serious. This item is a real deal - use with care

This item is the real deal. It's super sharp and absolutely awesome. A word of caution - and I mean it - this thing will cut too deep if you're not careful. I hit the left side of her with my left foot and went too low. I didn't hurt myself badly but to be honest it was a bit scary because while using these things it NEVER happened. I must have gotten pretty inferior ones. Small, measured strokes, no scattered planing. This can hurt you badly if you're not careful.
