This is a Denso genuine part. It is very well packaged for postage, the large box was dented but it has styrofoam on the sides and has an extra piece of cardboard for protection.

The 1st cooler arrived quickly but was damaged - the side was bent. I asked for a replacement and it took 4 days despite being given the 1 day delivery option I chose. Apparently it was a software error, because the delivery still took 4 days. When the replacement unit arrived, the box looked like it was being dragged behind a truck. I'm here because of a terrible transmission line problem with OEM radiators. I usually always replace parts in my car with factory parts, but I don't want coolant puddles forming under my car again. This Denso radiator was first available in 2011 and that is the main reason I bought it in the hope that after years of customer complaints someone would fix this issue. Also, Denso is the same manufacturer as the OEM, with the only difference being that it lacks the Honda stamps and the foam pieces
