I bought this product because wearing these masks all the time makes me break out on my chin and never had! I don't have a problem with acne, but lately my skin has been very irritated. So I use this wonderful product with toner and sunscreen. No more hits! Small things have a big impact!

Despite the high price, good quality has its price. I really love this cleaner. It cleans my face very well and makes my skin so fresh and clean. I've been using this product for about a month and my skin is really silky smooth. My complexion is also clearer and more radiant. I plan to buy a second bottle to continue my skincare routine. I plan to invest more in this product line. I saw it at my dermatologist's office but it was overpriced! It's good to have Raven!

Good product! Since I have very sensitive skin, my skin is used to it. I'm used to the clean start from dermalogica. Probably won't buy again and will return to Clean Start. Sometimes I don't feel like he actually washed my face. The advantage is that I don't have to buy a new one every month as it's a large bottle. No smell to it.

Shipping box arrived with leaking liquid. When the box was opened, the bag the bottle was wrapped in was full of the blue fish's green liquid. The lid was not completely closed and the seal was on the pump head and not on the bottle cap and bottle! I am returning this because most of the product at the bottom of the box and bag is unusable and as I have never used this particulate product I have been tampered with due to the sealing inside.

Apart from the occasional breakout due to stress etc. I have never had acne but about a year ago I began to develop red bumps on top of my forehead/sides of my cheeks and near my chin/jaw line. I chose this cleanser and it completely cleansed my face. It also doesn't dry out, which was a problem due to the salicylic acid it contains. Great product and will continue to buy.

Would have been 5 stars all round except the seal was broken when I received the product meaning it was already open before I received it or is it at all not an original product ):

So I love Dermalogica. The product itself is great so I gave it a three. However, when I received the face gel sachet, it was soaked with the product. The lid was not taped in place so it was partially unscrewed leaving the inside of the bag soaked in water and the bottle in detergent. The product is great but you need to be sure the lid is sealed to keep it from moving. They taped the pump to the cap to keep it from opening, but not the cap to the bottle.

I have been using this product for 5 years now and it is the only cleaning product that works. I wasn't the same as this bottle. clear. Too bad this happened because it's quite expensive. Not happy at all.
