Brightens well. I noticed a definite improvement. Mouthwash never tastes really good and I don't find it any worse than others. Don't drink and everything will be fine. Helps freshen breath and whiten teeth. Highly recommended!

Great taste and it's the only mouthwash I've come across (including Crest and Colgate) that really cleans teeth. This is normal for a natural mouthwash. It definitely does the job of keeping my mouth fresh. I'm not sure if it's about teeth whitening. The taste is absolutely terrible. Actually, I'm not sure if I can finish the bottle. I prefer the taste of tea tree mint.
