Worth buying only support update for item

The remote control app is outdated and not working properly at all. The weight of the mount itself compromises the integrity of my camera's zoom.

As advertised! Works perfectly!

Thank you for the great offer. Everything was exactly as advertised - the only thing I would like to do is clarify that the size of a compatible tablet is approximately 7 inches or less. I have a 10.5 inch tablet that doesn't fit, but the teleprompter screen isn't that big either. Using my Samsung S10 works great and is readable from 10 feet away. Very happy to get so much benefit from this product!

Causes autofocus to malfunction

I hate this thing. So many reasons. Poor build quality, remote control is useless, software sucks. I really tried to get it working with my Canon M50. The way it attaches to the lens ruins the autofocus and takes twice as long to shoot. It didn't make my workflow any easier.

Works perfectly! Very cheap and easy to set up! I love the quality and the remote control!

I used to use a teleprompter and sometimes it was difficult to get it right. This was not the case with this teleprompter. It was very easy to set up. There are various adapters that allow this teleprompter to work with many different camera settings. I LOVE the included remote as it allows the person speaking in front of the camera to control the content of the tablet and the speed of the app software over a Bluetooth connection. The remote control uses commercially available AAA batteries…
