Two years later I'm still impressed.

I bought this drill bit for hard work, such continuous high torque drilling that I agreed I could "use" it in that. This work was successfully completed, many more have since been added, and it is still going smoothly. This device tends to heat up under load, but never smells burnt. This is, I believe, the only two-speed switchable hammer without a clutch. With 13mm cartridge. I've read about gearbox problems, I've read that some people just don't like composite fiber gearboxes (the Boeing 787 is made of reinforced composite resin). fatal reviews here. I bought this despite bad reviews because I needed a 2 speed drill and it was the only drill I could afford and confirmed by DeWalt that they have a 3 year Would give a guarantee even though I bought them Amazonas. So far I've drilled 50 5/8 holes in metal mostly steel truck frames and some in aluminum so far so good, I broke a 5/8 cobalt drill bit but my drill bit still works, it gets hot when used at low speed, but that doesn't seem like a big deal. I know some people expect their tools to be
