If you are upgrading LED turn signals this is a must have

This warning light is needed to slow down the flash rate when upgrading to new LED turn signals. Without this, your flashers can flash so fast that it doesn't look like a flasher at all. This mates with older 3 wire flasher circuits found in most 1980 thru 2001 cars and light trucks. This was installed on a 1989 Suzuki sidekick to cure hyperflare, worked great.

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Damaged

WILL NOT FIT EP34 CONNECTOR

As can be seen in the photo, this relay is significantly wider than the standard flasher relay. Not compatible with ep34 sockets. Not sure if it works as advertised. I would like to give the review two stars as it can work as an electronically controlled time relay but I would like this review to be seen more so no one buys it to replace the ep34.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Attenuation

Most likely it is not compatible with your device.

I have a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Turbo that I want this thing to be compatible with. If compatible means "does exactly what the original does," then sure. It fits and works but is missing 2 pins that my OEM has. And it does NOT solve my problem with the fast flashing LED turn signal/hazard lights. I've gotten to the point where I only include pull-up resistors because I can't find any others with 5 pins, none that actually work as advertised.

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Socket Required

But works very quietly. And big.

I've only had the flash driver for less than a week, but so far it's working as it should. My 2 issues so far are that it's bigger than the stock turn signal so I had to cut off the tabs on the fuse box which I snapped off nicely as the clamps themselves are good and tight; and the clicking is super quiet. It's so quiet I can barely hear it when the radio is muted. Depending on whether I can live with the soft click in the long run, I might or might not buy another flasher.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • nothing here

Missing steel L tab at top to screw onto knots. I figured that by securing it over the old turn signal with a small piece of Atomic Grip Tape, which worked for me, I could now easily route the wiring back to the old turn signal if needed. The first change to the feature that I found (maybe I should have guessed) is that the faulty light is no longer indicated by the blink rate change. I'll save this issue for another day. The cruise control function on my Aerostar doesn't appear to have…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some cons
