Well these guys did it. The roller pin, which is an integral part of how such straps fit and adjust, is difficult to adjust and doesn't want to stay in place. As a result, you have to fiddle with it too much every time you put it on. Very annoying and a sign of poor performance. I grab another and toss the buckle in the trash, leaving the canvas strap as a backup.

I was surprised when the belt I bought over a year ago started to wear out. I didn't expect this belt to last more than a month or two, it lasted a full year! About a month ago when my 18 month belt was starting to wear out I recently ordered 2. I think I will not have to order again for 3 years. I'm serious, 1 belt lasted me 18 months and I bought it 18 months ago now that I've just ordered 2 more I'm fine! I hope they're still on sale 3 years later, I might buy a bunch lol! Bought a Dickies strap many years ago. Good heavy thick braid. Eventually it deteriorated and wore out. I bought this one and it is NOT the same quality as the belt I was looking to replace. This strap is already (yes, it says so, but I didn't realize) thinner/flatter webbing and feels light and cheap. It looks like a light trouser belt. I was a little disappointed in the sizing because I had this dickie belt and it was 2 inches wide, it was a brown belt and I just wanted to change the belt buckle because to be honest the belt is always still good I've had the belt for 2 years now and it still works decently except the buckle doesn't click anymore

strap suitable for easy use. I doubt it will survive multiple hours of use like 9 to 5 heavy lifting. The fabric tends to stretch when worn in the same orientation and arch (the waistband cannot stay straight). Also the buckle failed to close the belt several times. I hope Dickies solves the problems. This is the only Dickies garment that has had an issue. All my shirts and trousers have lasted for many years.

I was very disappointed with this belt. I could cross a pair of scissors with a beer can and come up with something stronger than this thing. I really like Dickies so I was excited to get it. But the quality is so bad you can just throw it in the trash. It's also difficult to get loose frequently as the slider gets caught in the cheap thin metal. I'd happily pay $25 for something similar but better made and with better materials.
