Great for managing accounts, I highly recommend their product over others out there - nothing! Have not run into any downsides at this point either so all in good with everything that they make available to us as an account manager/manager of small business owners clients.- Customer service is phenomenal!! Always friendly & helpful when ever you need them- They will go above & beyond (no pun intended) if requested by my client or myself because we truly want our customers successs like no other

The ability to create custom reports for our clients with ease of use is what I like best about this software. It's also very easy to navigate through all aspects, from creating new accounts to editing existing ones! Not much that we dislike as far as functionality goes but would love if there was an option to export files in different formats (PDF or Word).
