Love it but doesn't work that well anymore

I love this product but now the bottom stand doesn't hold tight so it just falls down and the top part shakes. Is there a way to fix this?

I bought this for my daughter for her YouTube class and it's so great! Great price and great quality! I can only recommend the purchase!

Terrible build quality!

You can get better bang for your buck. The ring light itself is mostly fine, I would rate it a 6/10 as it turns on and dims the light as it should, build quality is fine at best but it works. What doesn't work is the light stand, it's TERRIBLE. I have bought several of these for customers and 2 of them have already complained about the coasters so I have to replace them with better and more expensive ones myself. They just won't stay upright and can even fall with a lamp attached. The Neewer…

Requires tripod assembly instructions in the box and rewriting the insert in correct English.

The biggest problem with this product is that there are NO instructions right out of the box or what to do with all the little tripods and fasteners. The only article is a few steps in garbled English on how to attach the lid parts to the light, but there are NO instructions on what to do with all the little tripod parts. Fumbling around after an hour. I ended up having to go through the Revain product list and look at the pictures to figure it out. The seller wrote on the insert that I should…
