I didn't like this toy. Bought for a 3 year old with 4 older siblings. There was no manual or instructions on how to use the toy or the tools/parts when opening the box. It took a three-year-old child less than five minutes to knock out one of the threaded holes in the dinosaur's body. The eye holes are only threaded on one side of the dinosaur, so what about the hole on the other side? The tails have holes but no threads, so what's the point? Only certain legs/feet fit certain bodies, but…

We got this set for my son's 3rd birthday and he is very happy with it. He loves tools and dinosaurs, and taking things apart and putting them back together is one of his favorite pastimes. This set is perfect for that and cannot be compared to the dinosaur set. And these are fairly large pieces that he was able to piece together with minimal help. I love that each dinosaur comes in separate bags with their own tool kits so we can only take one set at a time. I would definitely recommend this…

I really wanted to like these toys. My 2.5 year old daughter loves crafting and building so I bought her this toy. When we opened the box, the pieces were everywhere! The set is made out of cheap flimsy plastic and the screws that are supposed to connect the dinosaurs are very cheap. Parts seemed a bit cheap and poorly made. Some parts had to be "forced" to connect or disconnect, and they didn't take apart and put back together smoothly, which I didn't expect from a child's toy. The wrench tool cannot be used because all the screws are countersunk. After unpacking I have to admit that I was not satisfied with the quality. Even if he's from China. The plastic is much thinner than you would expect from take apart toys.
