Charger works well so far for 15" HP 2n1 laptop. As for durability I'm not sure. My son was in trouble because his laptop adapter suddenly stopped working. He is a smart 16 year old who is taking college courses and is needed for his classes/homework/projects ASAP. Charger probably works fine but description never mentions that power cord from outlet to charger has 2 prongs, power cord not grounded. All my other HP laptops use a 3 pin cable. I need long power cords and 15ft 3 prong cords that are not compatible with this charger. Most probably don't care, but I can't use this charger. I gave 1 star because the connector should have been mentioned in the specs or at least shown in the picture.

This item arrived on time and works as advertised. It was bought for my girlfriend and she is happy with it. I'm sorry but I found this product never worked, maybe some of the chargers are broken. What I liked about the description/photo is that the measurements were for the plug, it helped confirm I bought the correct charger. I hope all sellers do this. I don't know how but when my battery reaches 100% my laptop starts intermittently when connected to this adapter. The touchpad isn't as responsive and clicks accidentally, and responsiveness isn't as good as usual. So it's good for charging the laptop, but I can't keep it on during use. My factory adapter does not cause this problem. However, it works great when charging and I received it as a replacement for charging so it suits my usage needs for now.
