Great travel charger!

My 'like new' Lumix G5 didn't come with a charger so I bought this one. That was great. I like chargers with a swivel plug instead of a cord because they're easier to pack and fit the bill. I've been using it for a few months now and it works well in Europe on 220v and in the US on 120v. I didn't use the included 12v adapter but if you need to charge your camera in the car that would come in handy . Very important!

It gets quite warm when I charge it.

The Panasonic FZ300 gets quite warm when charging. The normal charger, which I lost somewhere, did not heat an iota. The red light doesn't go out to indicate it's charging, but when I insert the battery into the camera it indicates it's fully charged. This is after the battery has been in the charger for about 3 hours. As far as I remember, my old charger turned a dead battery into a fully charged one in about 2 hours.

Great charger at a great price - worked great with my Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ1000

Used to charge a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000 "Bridge" camera with a non-detachable (non-interchangeable) lens. Apparently the camera's battery needs to be removed to charge it and the person I borrowed the camera from couldn't find the charger that came with the camera. Watch? I'm impressed with the design as it charges from a car cigarette lighter OR a standard household outlet. Likewise,
