error message every time I try to install this in our printer. Waste of money, must be a bad chip. I bought this as a backup when I was running low on black toner and now I have to put the old cartridge back in until I can get a new one. Chips are not checked before installation in toner cartridges?

Cartridge has started smearing printed paper along with water stains on printed documents! At first I thought it was a dirty fuser roller. But NO - it was that black toner cartridge that made all the printing horrible! Cleaning the printer did not help. Bought a new black toner cartridge and problem solved!

Bought this single black toner as it saved over $100 over an OEM cartridge. I half expected it to be striped or otherwise problematic. Built into the printer, the quality is excellent, no problems. The printer recognizes it as a normal cartridge, but so far it prints normally. We only have 20 sites so we will be updating this over time.

Still working after a few months. I bought a cartridge from another company last year and it quickly got a big streak. I later bought this one and it has been working fine ever since. I will definitely buy more from this seller.

We have used this brand for the last year and have had great results. We had 1 cartridge that started to fail after about a week but the company took care of this issue outside of the Revain 30 window too. Will continue to use Do it Wiser from now on.
